Our chef brings over twenty years of experience in Asian restaurants. Having trained under a Chinese and Thai master chef, she blends traditional techniques with her own creative flair.A former restaurant owner and chef in Adelaide and now a licensed food manufacturer, she brings experience in Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese and Malaysian cuisines. Using a delicate balance of herbs and spices, each meal is crafted to bring out the authentic tastes of Asia.Now you can enjoy the authentic flavours of her meals at home, prepared with care and frozen for your convenience.
